Who we are looking for

A Human Resources and Administration Manager, who will support the needs of a fast-paced Company, acting as the initial contact for all HR queries.
Managing and developing the Human Resources team, you will possess a strong understanding of employment law and the compensation and benefits structure.
The role involves management and delivery of processes, covering the full HR life cycle from onboarding, to exiting the Business. This includes work eligibility, benefits and compensation administration and employee relations, as well as providing support and guidance to managers in their people management responsibilities.

Preferred skills and experience

Extensive experience managing in a fast-paced HR environment.Highly organised with the proven ability to deliver to high standards within agreed deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent administration and time management skills.Ability to manage interpersonal relationships at every level of the Business, including senior management.Proven leadership experience.Ability to critically evaluate and make decisive decisions.
Main ResponsibilitiesProviding a seamless HR service to employees and management alike.Overseeing recruitment for the operation.Overseeing the administration function, including reception.Liaising directly and confidently with 3rd party suppliers.Ensuring all policies and procedures are accurate, compliant with local legislation and adhered to.Organising Company wide engagement initiatives from planning through to delivery.Taking initiative where required to ensure smooth running of the department.Working with senior management to manage and monitor the employee experience.Forging excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues in other locations.Leading and developing a team of officers and administrators, monitoring delivery against objectives.
