HR Coordinator

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join a growing organization in the Liverpool area. This role is perfect for an HR professional ready to step up, providing essential coordination across HR processes while supporting employees and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, and managing candidate feedback.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries, offering clear guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Manage and maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal standards.
Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive induction process.
Assist managers with performance review processes and track key deadlines.
Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as employee engagement, absenteeism, and turnover.
Support the coordination of training and development initiatives, including maintaining training logs and schedules.
Contribute to payroll processes by preparing and submitting accurate employee data.
Assist in HR project work, such as policy updates, wellbeing initiatives, and diversity programs.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role is required.
Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident, professional approach to communication.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HR software systems.
A proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
