HR Assistant
Location: Liverpool
Type: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: £29,000 – £36,000 per year (depending on experience)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join a well-established organization in the Liverpool area. You will play a vital role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, and contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities by coordinating job advertisements, arranging interviews, and managing candidate communication.
Assist in new employee onboarding, preparing induction materials, and ensuring a seamless start for new hires.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
Assist with HR reporting, including absence management, performance reviews, and employee data analysis.
Respond to general HR queries and provide timely support to employees and managers.
Support payroll and benefits administration by liaising with the relevant departments and ensuring accurate data submission.
Assist in organizing and tracking training and development programs.
Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including preparing documents, letters, and reports as needed.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR software is a plus.
High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a desire to learn and grow.
CIPD Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
